The AI Rapper currently offers free local tools and a studio input preview. Provider-powered rap generation is not connected. The pricing page displays planned credit packs, not an enabled paid offer; there is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal, and the preview creates no charge, generated task or purchased credit entitlement. No physical goods are supplied and no return shipment is needed.
The planned launch packs are Starter: US$9.90 / 50 credits, Creator: US$19.90 / 150 credits, and Studio: US$29.90 / 300 credits. These are one-time USD purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount will be shown before payment.
Purchased credits will be valid for 12 months from each purchase date. They are account-bound service-use units, not transferable money or an investment. The credit cost must be shown before each generation request; these packs do not promise a fixed video count or resolution.
After paid generation launches, credits deducted for a failed generation job will be returned to the customer's account. Returning credits is distinct from a cash refund; cash refund requests remain subject to the refund policy and mandatory consumer rights. The pricing page displays the planned packs, but checkout and rap generation remain closed. This notice does not itself implement credit purchases, expiry or failure restoration.
Do not assume an unfamiliar charge is for this preview. Check the merchant name, item, order identifier and provider on your actual receipt and account payment history. A retained payment integration is not proof of an order. For an actual charge, use the support or buyer-portal contact on that receipt; for suspected unauthorised use, you may also contact your payment provider promptly. Do not send passwords, card security codes or complete card numbers.
The project's Contact page can prepare a Billing or refund question locally. It does not send a refund request. Send the request to support@theairapper.com using your email app. Keep your receipt and do not rely on downloading a draft to meet a request deadline.
Before accepting payment, the offer must disclose the product, price, fulfilment method, refund criteria and applicable request window. Refund enquiries should identify the account email, order ID, date, item and reason. Duplicate or unauthorised charges, technical failure, missing digital delivery and materially misdescribed service should be investigated against payment and usage records. Unused entitlements require review under the accepted offer and applicable law; used credits or subjective dissatisfaction are not a blanket exclusion of consumer rights.
Where a refund is approved, it should be returned through the original payment method by the seller/payment provider, with the corresponding purchased entitlements adjusted. Bank posting time depends on the method and issuer. No project-specific refund turnaround or guaranteed approval is promised by this preview policy.
Waffo is not represented as the live seller for this preview. If your actual checkout identifies Waffo as merchant of record, use the buyer portal or contact on its order confirmation, and the Waffo buyer terms linked to that transaction for request periods, refunds, complaints and cancellation. Those transaction terms and mandatory consumer rights are not narrowed by this page. Different Waffo products or versions may have different terms; do not apply a request window from an unrelated website or checkout.
No subscription is sold on the current pricing page, so there is no recurring rap plan to cancel. Removing a portrait clears its local selection, not a purchase. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an external subscription or request a refund. If a subscription is offered later, its checkout must state renewal frequency, cancellation method and effective date; follow the actual order's cancellation controls and retain confirmation.
Nothing here excludes mandatory rights, including rights concerning defective or undelivered digital services or any applicable cooling-off period. Access to a digital service does not itself establish that every required consent or acknowledgement for ending a withdrawal right was obtained. Applicable law and the accepted transaction terms govern.
